1. Who Can Use This Site

You need to be able to legally enter into a contract where you live to place an order with us. Don't use the site for anything unlawful, or try to interfere with how it runs.

2. Product Information

We try to keep descriptions, materials, and photos accurate, but colors can look slightly different depending on your screen, and small variations are normal in handmade or plated pieces. We can correct errors in a listing at any time, including price.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and confirmed at checkout before you pay. We can change prices at any time going forward, but the price you were charged won't change after your order is placed. Payment is processed through Shopify and our payment provider; we don't store full card details ourselves.

If a price is obviously wrong (a data-entry or system error), we may cancel the order and refund you rather than honor the incorrect price.

4. Order Acceptance

Placing an order isn't a guarantee we'll fulfill it — we treat an order as accepted once payment clears and we confirm it. We may cancel an order (with a refund) if an item is actually out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if we can't deliver to your address.

5. Shipping

Delivery timelines and destinations are covered in our Shipping Policy, which is part of these terms. You're responsible for giving us a correct, complete address.

6. Returns & Refunds

7. Promotions

Discount codes, gifts-with-purchase, and sales may come with their own conditions (minimum spend, date range, one per customer, etc.), stated wherever the promotion is advertised. A free gift has no cash value and isn't transferable.

8. Intellectual Property

Everything on this site — photos, product designs, text, logo — belongs to Corvale or our licensors. You're welcome to link to us or share our content with credit, but not to reproduce or resell it commercially without asking first.

9. Third-Party Services

We use outside services to run the store (Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, and similar). Their own terms apply to their part of the transaction, and we're not responsible for outages or issues on their end.

10. Liability

We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using this site, to the extent the law allows us to limit that. Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer protection law that can't legally be waived.

11. Changes to These Terms

We can update these terms as the business changes. The version posted here, with its "last updated" date, is the one that applies.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the country you live in.
